1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, considering it’s auto parts we’re dealing with in the auto parts direct niche.

2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we take full accountability. We will offer a full refund or a free reshipment.
  • Damaged Arrival: If your auto part arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange a refund or a replacement.

3. Customized Items

Please note that personalized/customized auto parts are final sale, unless they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such instances, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Request

All return or refund requests must be initiated by reaching out to our customer support email: [email protected]. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day. Please include your order number and the reason for the request in your email.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: You will generally receive your refund within 1 – 3 business days. Note that the exact time for the funds to show up in your account depends on your financial institution.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
