After months of testing, our new 280mm rear brake conversion is now ready to be released.
As ST180’s become increasingly faster and used more for track days and racing, brake performance is key. To compliment a number of big brake upgrades for the front is this rear conversion.
Using a genuine ford bracket painted matched to the rear calipers, we have have then combined our SD Performance custom performance discs with two of the best performance pads brands available – Mintex M1144 and Ferodo DS2500. Finally we have also given an option to upgrade from the original spongy rubber lines to HEL braided lines to complete the ultimate package!
Available in either grooved or our unique dimpled and grooved design, the discs increase breaking performance by allowing heat to dissipate as quickly as possible. This will prevent brake fade with enthusiastic driving. This also makes the discs lighter for better performance and gives a more aggressive look behind the wheel.
Great upgrade for track based or high powered ST180’s.
