Die-cast metal 12 foot tape measure with 1/2 inch blade width and standard and mm graduations.  Mylar polyester film coated blade.  Tru-Zero feature allows hook to slide for its own thickness. 
Special slot in hook allows the use of a nail as a pivot to draw circles and arcs.  Cast-metal case is durable and suitable for heavy-duty use.  Mylar polyester film extends life of entire blade (Mylar is a registered trademark of DuPont teijin films for its polyester film)
