Testors 1/3 fluid oz dark blue gloss enamel paint marker.  This paint marker is ideal for any hobby, craft, or art project.  Simply shake the marker, pop the cap & press down a few times to prime the tip.  Be sure to snap the cap back on to prevent the tip fry drying out.  The dry time depends on thickness & environmental conditions.  Normal dry time is 1 hour dry to the touch.  Full cure 48-72 hours for enamel paints.
